Refund Policy for Patroller

Thank you for using Patroller ("we," "our," or "us"). We offer a monthly subscription through the Google Play Store for users who wish to access premium features. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds for subscription charges.
1. Subscription Overview
Patroller offers a monthly subscription for premium features that enhance the functionality of the app. The subscription is billed monthly via the Google Play Store, and the charges are processed directly by Google.
Subscription Duration: Monthly, auto-renewing.
Subscription Features: Premium features available only to subscribers (remove ads etc.).
2. Refund Eligibility
As per Google Play’s policies, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Refund Request Within 48 Hours: You can request a refund for any subscription within 48 hours of the transaction through the Google Play Store. If the request is made within this window, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues with the app that cannot be resolved despite contacting support, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us first via the support email to troubleshoot issues.
Accidental Subscriptions: If you subscribed to the service by mistake or didn’t intend to purchase the subscription, you may contact Google Play’s support for a refund. Refund requests will be handled based on their policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
All subscription charges are handled by Google Play Store, so refund requests should be directed to Google through the following steps:
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Tap the Menu icon (three lines) and go to Subscriptions.
Find the subscription to Patroller.
Tap Cancel Subscription if you do not wish to continue, and then tap Request a Refund.
Google Play will review your request and process it in accordance with their refund policies.
Alternatively, you can directly contact Google Play’s customer support if you experience any difficulties in requesting a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds in the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the 48-hour window, you will not be eligible for a refund through Patroller.
Failure to Cancel Subscription: If you forget to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, no refund will be provided for the renewal charge.
Content Usage: If you have used the premium features before requesting a refund, it may affect your eligibility depending on Google Play’s refund policy.
5. Subscription Management
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. To avoid any unwanted charges, make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. For instructions on managing your subscription, visit Google Play Help.
